The BiblioQUALITÉ program, conducted in 2022, serves as an impartial and sustainable assessment tool, recognizing investments made in public libraries. The evaluation criteria encompass five key indicators: acquisition expenses, opening hours, spatial adequacy, seating capacity, and human resources.
Denis Martin, the Mayor of Deux-Montagnes, expressed his pride in the city’s exceptional accomplishment, stating, “We can be proud of this excellent result.
