The City of Boisbriand is taking a first step to facilitate accessibility to its services by modifying the opening hours of the reception desks at City Hall and the Service des loisirs

As part of the establishment of a single window for its citizens, the City of Boisbriand is taking a first step to facilitate accessibility to its services by modifying the opening hours of the reception desks at City Hall and the Service des loisirs as  announced in a city communique on August 31st 2022.

The changes made to opening hours are the result of an in-depth analysis of traffic statistics at the City’s various reception desks. “This decision stood out as the one where the Boisbriand resident had the most to gain in order to be served in the best way. The reorganization of the schedule will make it possible to maximize human resources during peak periods in order to respond more adequately to requesters,” explained the director of the Communications Department of the City of Boisbriand, Vincent Lanctôt.
