The children of Sainte-Thérèse will be happy to learn that the “plush toy of your dreams” contest is back for a third year. Young people aged 5 to 12 are invited to draw a fantastic animal or creature and it could become reality!
The lucky winner will see their work become a plush key ring format, 1000 of which will be distributed during the Christmas Village. In addition, the creator of the drawing will have a VIP experience during the Great Illumination of the Village of Sainte‑Thérèse 2023, when their plush toy will be unveiled with great fanfare according to the city’s announcement.

To enter, kids need to simply draw an animal or fantasy creature on a white letter-size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Only one entry per person is accepted for the duration of the contest. It is better not to put too many details to facilitate the production. However, there is no limit to creativity, the more original, the better. On the back, the child must write his name and age as well as the full contact information of one of his parents and then send his drawing to the City before March 31, either by mail or email with the subject Le toutou de tes rêves
At the library, during school pedagogical days and spring break, kids will have paper and pencils on site to create your drawing. Once finished, they can just hand it over to a library employee.
“I invite young Thérésiennes and Thérésiens, aged 5 to 12, to get out their colored pencils to participate in large numbers in the contest Le toutou de tes rêves. It’s a unique chance to see your creation all over the city while hundreds of children will carry around with your plush toy! », said the mayor of the City of Sainte-Thérèse, Mr. Christian Charron. The contest is reserved for residents of Sainte-Thérèse.
