Last summer, the City replaced children’s play modules and added specialized equipment to suit all generations. However, due to the pandemic, the official inauguration of the park could not take place at this time.

Thus, on September 25, the entire population will be able to come and discover the new facilities at Damase-Juteau Park, which include, among other things, a chess table, a ping-pong table, two pétanque grounds, a swing suitable for people in wheelchairs. rolling, as well as a fogger.
The programming includes:
12 p.m.: Word of welcome and performance by Marilou St-Jean, finalist Theresienne de Blainville in songs category, at 1 p.m. a circus show and at 2 p.m. a children’s show called The perfect challenge, by Atchoum
Entertainment and activities will also take place continuously to entertain participants of all ages: gardening workshops, introduction to petanque with the Joyeux Aînés Theresiens, giant games, mascot Yvon Larosé of the Fire Department, playful chat rooms, musical atmospheres provided by DJ Christian Alary, door prizes and more!
