An ephemeral gourmet minimarket

In Sainte-Thérèse a temporary gourmet minimarket will spawn on Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Terrasses du Village.
A dozen kiosks will appear on Blainville Street West to mark the end of the Terrasses du Village. The city is asking the residents to visit them and get gourmet products and accessories to decorate their table.
Here are the kiosks exhibiting:
Super Super: Preparations for tartares, homemade horseradish and liquid smoke.
Kaméléon Atelier MRKT: Table linen, utensils, spices, candies, spreads, bar accessories, decoration.
Boulangerie A. Marcelino: Breads, pizzas, pastries, rotisserie.
Fays, terroir chocolates : Fine, fresh blueberries coated with chocolate, bars, chips, chocolate bites.
Prohibition Beer Bar Microbrewery: beers, clandestine bloody Caesar, salty snacks.
FloralTea Teas Wholeherbal: flower teas made by hand in Quebec.
Méchant Mix: Dressings, spices and pizza oil.
Cookies & Cream: Products made from raw cookie dough.
Forêts & Papilles: Teas and herbal teas from wild plants, floral and boreal spices, floral sugars, honey macerated with rose or wintergreen, boreal mustards, sea samphire and rose concentrate.
Fine herbs Patrick Lauzon / Each to their own aroma: Fresh and dehydrated herbs, fresh garlic, flavored oils, hot peppers, salted herbs, salt and garlic flower.
Ducks first: Duck meat: terrines, candied thighs, braised meat, breasts, aiguillettes, sausages, burgers. Accompaniment products: spices, crackers and dressings.
Country delicacies: Honey and products derived from honey.
Visitors can also be tempted by the restaurants and shops nearby before sitting down at the Terrasses du Village, in compliance with the sanitary measures in force. Competitions and entertainment will ensure a festive and lively atmosphere!
Les Terrasses du Village
They are located on rue Blainville Ouest, between 32 rue Blainville W. (La Prohibition Beer bar) and rue Turgeon / Saint-Louis. This section of the street is closed to automobile traffic to provide a large open-air terrace, which will be accessible until August 22.
