The Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De Blainville is informing citizens that it will participate in the provincial police operation, aimed at respecting the health measures related to the vaccination passport. The operations will take place as of the 10th of December 2021.
The holiday season is conducive to festive gatherings and receptions with colleagues and friends in restaurants and licensed establishments. RIPTB police officers will visit these places to ensure compliance with the rules related to the vaccination passport.

These operations aim to promote self-regulation of behavior through preventive actions and communication strategies. They aim to support operators, event organizers and owners who must apply the measures relating to the vaccination passport.
Residents of Quebec can download the QR code from the self-service portal which is the vaccination passport. In the portal, one will find two passport formats: one for use in Quebec and another for use outside of Quebec. Once in the portal, people are prompted to provide identifying information, among others: Last name and first name, Date of birth, Health insurance number, Date of first vaccination against COVID-19, Commercial name of the first vaccine received against COVID-19
People aged 12 to 14 can also obtain their proof of vaccination by adding their postal code in the self-service portal. In order to identity and protect personal information, residents will be asked to select the email address or mobile phone number provided at the time of vaccination to receive the download link.
