The RIPTB was proud to recognize the effort and the excellence of the work accomplished during Stéphanie Gagné’s career at the Régie de police Thérèse-De Blainville. Her involvement with the police department began on November 10, 2005. Stéphanie was hired as a temporary police officer. It was on March 28, 2007 that she obtained her tenure in the gendarmerie.
During her 15 years of service, officer Gagné assumed several functions and demonstrated impressive versatility. She served in particular as a police officer in a school environment, an investigator, a bicycle police officer and currently as a preventionist-investigator.
Stéphanie is recognized as a police officer who shows open-mindedness on a daily basis. She relies on an irreproachable service approach and adapts to the needs of the person in each of her interventions. Through 15 years of experience, she has developed a listening capacity filled with empathy which makes her an emeritus police officer. Her coworkers will tell you that she has positive energy, has a great sense of humor, and is a partner you can always count on.

Congratulations and thank you Stéphanie for these 15 years of loyal service as a partner in the community. Keep up the great work!
